5832 – Automatisk deep access wire bonder

A deep access version of our new 58 series with replaceable farmer heads.
Parts to be bonded are fed manually by the operator, but the bonding is done completely without the operator’s influence thanks to the built-in pattern recognition. Single ties can be made in seconds making the machine ideal for R&D, pilot production and medium production.
